Keep your spreadsheet for the term if you like — we import it. Edsynk takes over the computing, the report cards and the verification, and you stop re-typing the same scores into three places.
Our teachers aren't very technical.
Score entry is a single screen on any phone, and it works with the network down. We train your staff in person or online before your first results run, and we sit with you through the first set of cards.
What about network and power?
Teachers can enter scores offline; the phone holds them and sends them up when the signal returns. Computing, sealing and report cards happen on our side, so a brown-out in the staff room never costs you a mark.
What happens to our data if we stop paying?
You export everything, free, for good — it's in the contract. We never hold a school's data, or a child's results, hostage.
Is there really a free term?
Yes. Your first term on Edsynk costs nothing — the full Edsynk Core engine, with us doing the data migration and training. You only start paying ₦500 per student from the term after, once you've seen it work.
What's the difference between the plans?
Edsynk Core is the results spine, and it's live today: it covers score entry on any phone, even offline, computing on your own grading scheme, sealed QR-verifiable report cards, parent and student portals, attendance and the daily register, announcements in-app and by email, a full audit log and free data import and export. Edsynk Pro adds the rest of the school — the timetable, CBT exams with proctoring, the Edsynk AI suite (EdInsight, EdAssess, EdMentor), cumulative transcripts, staff records, attendance and leave, assignments and the gradebook, admissions, library, transport, hostel and your school's own web address. Enterprise is a custom annual agreement for organisations that are not conventional schools — government agencies, state education boards, training institutions and NGOs — priced per seat or per site rather than per student per term.
