Write to info@edsynk.com from the address your school signed up with, and say which school you are. If it is results week and something is blocking a publish, put that in the first line and it goes to the top.

Sign in at your school's own address
Edsynk gives each school its own address. Sign in there — your school's admin creates the account, and a parent who has not been invited yet should ask the school office rather than us.

Check that a card is genuine
Scan the QR on the card, or type the short code printed at the bottom of it. We re-read the sealed result and show whether it has been touched. No account, no cost, and you do not need to contact us at all.

Agencies, boards and training bodies
Education boards, government agencies, NGOs and training institutions want records, marking and attendance without terms and arms. That is a different shape of agreement, so describe what you run and we will tell you honestly whether Edsynk fits it.

Email still suits anything detailed, because it leaves a record both sides can refer back to, and that matters when the subject is a child’s results. Schools also get a named person during setup, who stays on the line through the first results run.
